Where does candidate data go, and how long do you keep it?
It’s stored on EU-based servers under EEA-grade protection. We keep it only as long as you need it for that hiring round — data is automatically deleted 12 months after a role closes — and you can delete any candidate’s data on request at any time.
Do you use our data to train AI models?
No, never. We use secure, enterprise-grade AI APIs — not the free consumer versions — which are contractually barred from using your data for model training. Your data is used to generate your results and nothing else.
